The Sanskrit word smrti
literally means “that which is remembered” and refers to
“mindfulness” in Buddhism. Mindfulness is calm Awareness
of one’s internal and external environment. It is the
way to experience life moment by moment, the way it’s
meant to be. Mindfulness or shamatha meditation is a
meditation technique where our minds remain peacefully
in the present moment, naturally.
We will create a harmonic
environment, practice, learn proper posture and
breathing techniques, develop a sense of sensitivity,
and accept our thoughts. Every aspect of your experience
is welcomed and appreciated!
Relax and Enjoy!
